Warehouse: Shipping Associate

PM Shipping Associate Join our team as a PM Shipping Associate and help ensure customer orders are shipped accurately, safely, and on time. This role supports shipping operations in a fast-paced food production warehouse. Responsibilities:
Pick, stage, and verify outbound orders. Load and unload pallets, totes, and finished products using warehouse equipment. Verify quantities, lot codes, and product quality before shipment. Complete shipping paperwork, labels, and inventory records. Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory procedures. Maintain GMP, HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely. Communicate with warehouse, production, and transportation teams to support on-time shipments.

Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements.

Qualifications:

Shipping, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred. Forklift experience preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Work Environment:
This position is located in a refrigerated food production and warehouse facility. The role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.

Base Pay: 19.50 per HOUR
