Summary of Teller DutiesThe Teller provides exceptional customer service to new, potential and existing customers. A Teller is responsible for receiving and processing all transactions for customer‑related business, including check cashing, deposits, loan payments, safe deposit rent payments, sales of negotiable instruments, and processing wire transfers. Tellers support and promote all bank products and services while conversing with customers, generating referrals through IQ Leads, and referring customers to the Financial Consultant and/or Licensed Bankers.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Experienced and knowledgeable in cash handling
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry
- Integrity and honesty in a team atmosphere
