We are a boutique tax compliance and consulting firm located in Irvine that specializes in real estate taxation. Our clients include real estate operators, developers, and investors in multi-family, commercial, retail, and office properties. We offer our clients expertise not commonly found within our profession outside of the Big Four firms and we take pride in our ability to offer that expertise while maintaining the highest level of responsiveness and cost efficiency.

We have a career opportunity for an Experienced Tax Staff. An Experienced Tax Staff is responsible for organizing and preparing a broad spectrum of tax returns including high net worth individuals, partnerships, and corporations. Tax preparation, planning, and research are performed with direct support from supervisors. Ongoing career development and training are provided as a staff progresses in their position.

• Exhibit a high level of attention to detail throughout the tax preparation process
• Exhibit an ability to communicate effectively with staff and supervisors (both verbal and written)
• Organize and prepare tax returns for high net worth individuals, partnerships, and corporations
• Prepare and deliver timely a high quality work product
• Provide support for and participate in tax planning and tax research for complex tax issues

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA license preferred or on track to pass CPA exam within one year from hire date
• Must have MINIMUM of 1 year of recent experience at PUBLIC accounting firm in tax related position
• Experience in real estate taxation and partnership allocations a plus
• Experience preparing returns for high net worth individuals, partnerships, and corporations preferred
• Experience with tax research databases CCH and RIA
• Experience with Prosystem tax compliance software including Planner, Tax and Trial Balance, or comparable programs
• Strong organizational, writing, and verbal communication skills
