Stefanini is looking for Sales Tax Associate in Bridgewater, NJ (Hybrid)
Open for W2 candidates only!
Work Location
- 1001 Frontier Rd, Suite 100, Bridgewater, NJ
- 4 days onsite, 1 remote per week
Responsibilities:
- Compliance Prepare monthly and quarterly state sales and use tax returns which includes filings, payments, prepare journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Audit Assist tax staff in pre-audit preparation for sales and use tax audits including store and fixed asset listings, trial balances. Pull relevant sales and expense details for requested test samples. Provide invoices chosen for review.
- Ariba Assist tax staff in clearing day-to-day Ariba tax exceptions.
- Other Additional projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in preparing and filing state sales and use tax returns
- Knowledge of sales and use tax compliance and reporting at the state and local levels.
- Experience with SAP Ariba
