Safe Touch Security has been protecting businesses, homes, and communities for more than 30 years. We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to join our corporate finance team and play a key role in keeping our accounting operations accurate, efficient, and moving forward.

This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who brings strong accounts payable and month-end close experience, solid Excel skills, and a desire to expand into broader general accounting responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

You’ll start with a strong focus on accounts payable and month-end close
, then progressively take on broader accounting responsibilities, including:

• Own day-to-day AP activities, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, payment runs, and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules for month-end close.
• Manage payroll-related accounting and reconciliation activities within ADP.
• Support general ledger maintenance and financial reporting.
• Analyze accounts and investigate discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare accounting reports, schedules, and analyses for the Controller and finance team.
• Support A/R, year-end close, project closeout, and external audit requests.
• Help improve accounting processes, controls, and efficiency.
• Partner with other departments to resolve accounting and invoicing issues.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field,
  or equivalent education and experience.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including strong AP and month-end close experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and formulas.
• Experience with journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, general ledger activities, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with payroll-related accounting; ADP experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Quick Books.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with expense reporting applications or Salesforce is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
