Job Description About the RolePartners shape strategy, own the most senior client relationships, and steer growth across the Finance & Accounting Advisory practice. This role is built for someone whose judgment comes from years of complex technical accounting work, paired with the business instincts to grow the company's footprint in the market.
You'll operate as a senior advisor to C-suite executives at Fortune 500, mid-cap, and growth-stage clients, while also helping protect the company's reputation, people, and revenue.
What You'll Do- Lead the practice across major engagements, industries, and the most complex accounting topics
- Serve as the senior client advisor across Fortune 500, mid-cap, and growth-stage relationships
- Drive company strategy, expand market presence, and own significant revenue growth
- Set technical direction across IPOs, M&A, divestitures, and capital markets activity
- Guide clients through financial statements and regulatory filings (10-Ks, 10-Qs, S-1s, S-4s) under SEC and GAAP requirements
- Sponsor large-scale engagements and uphold quality and execution standards across the practice
- Build and grow long-term client relationships across the company's most important accounts
- Lead thought leadership and serve as a public voice for the company
- Develop the next generation of Managing Directors and senior leaders
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Commerce (Master's preferred)
- 18+ years across accounting, finance, or consulting, with significant Big 4 tenure
- Deep authority in U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and complex financial transactions
- Sustained record of owning C-suite client relationships and originating new business
- Proven leadership across large engagements and multi-team practices
- Established presence in industry networks and thought leadership
- Real commitment to developing future firm leaders
- High ethical standards and a builder's mindset
