About UsJuneau Auto Mall is a locally run dealership serving Southeast Alaska with new and pre-owned vehicles, service, parts, and powersports. We’re a close-knit team that values accuracy, reliability, and taking care of our customers and each other.
The RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented Office Clerk to support our accounting office in a fast-paced dealership environment. You’ll work across departments to keep our books accurate, timely, and clean.
Responsibilities- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Post daily deposits and cash receipts
- Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts
- Track contracts in transit, factory receivables, and warranty claims
- Support month-end close and schedule maintenance
- Assist with payroll processing and record-keeping
- Work with sales, service, and parts managers on documentation and questions
- Other accounting and office duties as assigned
- 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Experience with Quick Books (required)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable with Excel and handling confidential information
- Automotive dealership accounting experience
- Experience with a dealer management system (Tekion a plus)
- Payroll experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
