Accounts Receivable Clerk

Records, verifies, and posts payments received by KMDSI. Ensures transactions are recorded promptly and accurately in accordance with internal accounting policies. Reconciles payments with the accounts receivable ledger and prepares delinquent-account reports. Handles invoicing, customer statements, billing, collections, and responses to customer inquiries about bills. Audits daily manufacturing orders for accuracy. Manages inventory counts semi-annually. Cross-trained in accounts payable and all aspects of full charge bookkeeping, including financial statements.

Maintains up-to-date customer information in the system. Also responsible for doing inventory adjustments and entering inventory spot checks and audits. Assists A/P clerk when necessary.

• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in accounting or a related field, or 1 to 2 years of accounting experience.
• Ability to maintain good working relations with all KMDSI departments.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to be very accurate.
• Ability to multitask while completing all assigned duties.
• Excellent team player.
• Must be highly motivated and a self-starter.
