What we expect
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
  • Sales/marketing experience
Your responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
  • Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
  • Schedule clients as they would like to be scheduled
  • Ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone or virtually
  • Maintain office cleanliness and the organization of resources with team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Your expertise
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to multi‑task
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
