The mission of Pinecrest Supports and Services Center is to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach treatment goals and to return to more integrated community living settings. Pinecrest Supports and Services Center specializes in the treatment of people with comorbid intellectual and developmental disabilities and complex medical, behavioral, and psychiatric support needs.

Pinecrest Supports & Services Center (PSSC) is seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator 1 - 2to join our dynamic team.

Job Duties
  • Responsible for filing, purging, merging and maintaining records for individuals supported at PSSC including inactive records.
  • Ensure documents are filed in chronological order and in proper section of the record as per index and guidelines.
  • Ensures signatures, dates, times on all entries and documents are signed and dated appropriately.
  • Maintain disclosure log by documenting release of information from record to staff within the facility.
  • Audit individual records for work product quality and compliance with the facility’s policy and procedures and legal requirements (Title XIX, Standards and Payments, etc.) content, completeness and accuracy.
  • Prepare discharge packet for external agencies receiving discharged individuals.

Appointment Type This position may be filled by Probation, Promotion, Demotion, Lateral Transfer or Detail to Special Duty.
Shift 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pass Days:
Saturday and Sunday
Salary Administrative Coordinator 1: $10.50 hourly - $18.00 hourly
Administrative Coordinator 2: $12.06 hourly - $20.61
This position may receive shift differential, longevity pay, and Premium Pay.

, vacancies may be filled from this recruitment as a Administrative Coordinator 1 or 2 depending on the level of experience of the selected applicant. The maximum salary for the Administrative Coordinator 2 is $42,869.00
