Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Clerical
Red Stag LLC is seeking a full-time Administrative Support Clerk to join our corporate office in Cresson, Texas. This position provides clerical and administrative support to multiple departments while serving as a welcoming point of contact for employees, visitors, and callers.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and direct incoming phone calls and greet office visitors
Provide administrative support to HR, Fleet, Finance, Safety, and DOT
Assist with filing, scanning, recordkeeping, and document preparation
Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Assist with employee onboarding and orientation materials
Help coordinate employee meetings, company events, and holiday activities
Maintain an organized reception area and shared office spaces
Assist with the daily care of workplace pets
Complete other administrative and office duties as assigned
QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED
One year of administrative, clerical, receptionist, or related office experience preferred
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Experience with Google Workspace or similar office software
Strong organizational and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritize requests from multiple departments
Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
