This position ensures smooth school operations while supporting families and staff.

IDEAL

CANDIDATE QUALITIES

A successful Administrative Assistant is detail-oriented and organized — catching errors before they become problems, maintaining accurate records, and following up on outstanding items without being reminded. The ideal candidate brings an efficiency mindset and a genuine service orientation, anticipating the needs of families and staff and responding with warmth and professionalism. This person takes pride in their work, verifying accuracy rather than just completing tasks, and solves problems rather than simply flagging them.

Comfortable with spreadsheets, databases, and Google Workspace, the ideal candidate communicates clearly in writing and in person, and stays composed and reliable even as priorities shift.
