Office & Operations Assistant

Ohio Rubber & Floors, a local family-owned business in Van Wert, is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join its team as an Office & Operations Assistant.

This is a unique position that combines clerical and office responsibilities with active, hands-on work. This is not a traditional desk job. The successful candidate should be comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday on their feet while moving between office and operational tasks.

Responsibilities may include:

• Performing general clerical and office duties
• Preparing and cutting product samples
• Organizing samples, materials and supplies
• Assisting with day-to-day office needs
• Completing hands-on tasks throughout the workday
• Maintaining an organized and efficient work area Assisting with other duties as needed to support the Ohio Rubber & Floors team
