Pittsburg Tractor has the following career opportunities available for a qualified individual seeking employment in the equipment dealer industry.

• The main function of this position will be to process sales paperwork and upload necessary paperwork to lenders for contract funding.
• Assigns unit numbers and enters invoices for new equipment.
• Balance floor plan statements.
• Maintains the owner’s manuals and associated paperwork with equipment organized.
• Manages equipment transfer process to and from other dealerships.
• Runs other reports and works with sales staff in maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Performs inventory, sales processing, and administrative/accounting support as needed.
• Presents a positive, professional image in dress and conduct at all times.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Strong computer skills with the ability to use basic Microsoft applications and the company’s database functions.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work as a team member.

• High School Diploma
