We are recruiting for a Full-Time Outpatient Receptionist to join our skilled team of pediatric professionals in Sewell, NJ. This position is benefit eligible.

• Responsible for answering telephones,assisting callers, transferring calls to appropriate destination, taking messages.
• Responsible for greeting patients in a fastpaced environment, collecting copays, deductibles or required payment of services prior to treatment, documenting transactions in EMR.
• Responsible for monitoring entrances andexits of visitors, patients and families.
• Handle various clerical functions as assigned by the Office Manager or his/her representative. Will be trainedby the Office Manager pertaining to HBA procedures.
• Thorough knowledge of facility policies and procedures as it relates to the above duties

• High School Diploma
• Two years of experience in clerical healthcare environment
• Articulate, tactful, and demonstrate the abilityto communicate effectively with internal and external customers
• Attention to detail with ability to multi-task
• Computer literate in Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
• Team player and ability to work independently

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 10am - 6pm

Thursday: 11am - 7pm

Friday: 9am - 5pm
