Potter County Commissioners are seeking qualified applicants for the full-time position of Confidential Executive Secretary at the Potter County Administration Office, located at 1 North Main St., Coudersport, PA.
This position plays a vital role in keeping county government running smoothly and will include answering calls, scheduling meetings and appointments for and with the Commissioners, coordinating reservations for county facilities, preparing agendas and materials for Commissioners, Salary Board, and Retirement Board meetings, recording meeting minutes, and performing a variety of other administrative and confidential duties.
