** What You'll Do
** As an INEOS Technician, you'll be an important part of delivering the quality and reliability our customers expect.

You will:
* Perform repairs and maintenance according to repair orders, dealership standards, and factory specifications
* Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine the appropriate repairs
* Work efficiently and accurately while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
* Road-test vehicles to verify repairs and ensure quality
* Clearly document all work performed
* Work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional service experience
** What You Bring
** We're looking for an experienced Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of building something new.
* ** 4+ years of automotive experience
** in a dealership or independent repair facility
* ASE or automotive manufacturer certifications preferred
* Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
* Luxury, high line automotive experience highly preferred.
* Experience with B58 diagnostics, cooling systems, drivability, electrical diagnosis, and ZF 8-speed powertrains, highly desired
* Commitment to quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
* Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the past three years
* A passion for vehicles, technology, and the automotive industry
