View Shop Details## Responsibilities
* Diagnose vehicle concerns using systematic diagnostic processes and advanced scan tools.
* Perform high-quality repairs across domestic and Asian/European vehicles.
* Take ownership of repairs from diagnosis through completion, with a focus on quality and minimal comebacks.
* Collaborate with Service Advisors and other Technicians to communicate findings, solve problems, and keep repairs moving.
* Mentor and support other Technicians, sharing diagnostic knowledge and helping build a stronger team.## Qualifications

* Qualifications:
*** 5+ years, experienced A-Level Diagnostic Technician
* Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to work through a problem logically
* A positive attitude and strong team mindset, taking pride in delivering honest service and high-quality workmanship to ensure zero comebacks.
* ASE Certifications a plus, or a plan to achieve (we reimburse for certifications)
* Willingness to mentor other Team members.##
Physical Requirements
* Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
* Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
* Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
* Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
* Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
* Drive manual transmissions vehicles
