** About the role
** Fay Myers Motorcycle World is one of Colorado's premier powersports dealerships, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused team member to support our busy service department. As a Service Advisor Assistant, you'll work side-by-side with our experienced service advisors to ensure every rider who walks through our doors has a smooth, professional experience — from check-in to pick-up.
** What you’ll do
*** Greet customers at service write-up and assist with check-in for motorcycle and powersports vehicle service appointments
* Communicate service status updates to customers via phone, email, or in person
* Open, track, and close repair orders with accuracy in our dealer management system
* Coordinate with technicians and parts department to keep work orders moving efficiently
* Schedule service appointments and manage the daily service board
* Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out, including mileage and condition notes
* Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service drive
* Support service advisors with administrative tasks and follow-up calls
** What we’re looking for
*** A genuine interest in motorcycles, powersports, or the automotive industry — riding experience is a plus
* Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Detail-oriented with good organizational habits
* Basic computer proficiency; experience with a DMS (CDK, Dealer Socket, etc.) is helpful but not required
* Valid driver's license required; motorcycle endorsement required
* Prior customer service, automotive, or dealership experience is a bonus — not a requirement
