** Automotive Technician

* ** What will you do?
** Our
** Automotive Technician
** is responsible for servicing and repairing new & pre-owned vehicles as assigned by the Service Manager.
* Perform comprehensive inspections and diagnostics on new & pre-owned vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, and safety-related concerns prior to retail sale.
* Complete reconditioning, maintenance, and repair services on used vehicles, including brakes, suspension, steering, engine, drivetrain, and HVAC systems.
* Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic systems using manufacturer-specific diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
* Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings, repair recommendations, and completed work in accordance with dealership standards.
* Ensure all new & pre-owned inventory meets dealership safety, quality, and certification requirements before customer delivery.
* Maintain productivity and turnaround time goals by efficiently prioritizing and completing repairs while adhering to flat-rate and shop performance standards.
* Collaborate with service advisors, used car managers, and parts personnel to accurately estimate repairs, order required parts, and expedite vehicle readiness for sale.
