As an Analyst, PD & Quality at Hanesbrands, your day will be filled with opportunities to drive continuous improvement and ensure the highest standards of quality. You'll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, leveraging your expertise to streamline processes, enhance systems, and deliver exceptional results.

• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing critical guidance and support to internal customers
• Develop and implement new PD and quality systems, processes, and tools to drive efficiency
• Conduct data analysis and communicate insights to facilitate data‑driven decision‑making
• Lead process improvement projects, monitoring results and driving execution

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Strong experience in business systems, programming, business analytics, statistics, big data, data mining, and/or visual boards
• Proficiency in English and Spanish language skills
• Expertise in user acceptance testing, system upgrades, and process documentation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
