• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions

• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases

• Act as a liaison between business users and development/QA teams

• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog management

• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process improvement

• Assist in UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution

• Maintain requirement traceability matrix (RTM)

• Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and acceptance criteria

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Strong knowledge of requirements elicitation and documentation techniques

• Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies

• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio, Power Point

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
