• Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design efficient workflows and processes within your line of business
• Support the configuration of the agency management system (AMS) and document all related processes and procedures
• Create standardized workflows and reporting outputs leveraging technology tools
• Participate in working groups with national and regional representatives to enhance business processes
• Lead training efforts to ensure proper understanding and implementation of new processes

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a designated line of business
• Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to refine the efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of workflows and procedures
• Team player with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams and leaders

• Experience working with an agency management system
• Demonstrates a bias for action and commitment to achieving sustainable results
• Ability to challenge the status quo and make recommendations for business process improvements
