Henkel’s Leadership Experience and Development Program is a 24‑month rotational program starting in August 2027 designed to develop future generations of business leaders in procurement. As a participant in the program, you will:
- Procurement Cohort – gather experience in various procurement areas including Logistics, Indirect Materials and Services supporting all Henkel business units
- Show our full potential in day‑to‑day operations while we put your entrepreneurial and leadership skills to the test with the ownership of impactful projects
- Have direct exposure and close cooperation with Top Management across functions and geographical scope
- Receive ongoing support from your manager, mentor and through peer exchange
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics,Finance, Accounting or other related business major
- Interest and passion in exploring a potential career in Procurement
- Experience from at least one previous internship or other work experience
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills with a hands‑on attitude
- Demonstrated leadership potential with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong desire / drive to become a future leader in an organization
- Passion, drive, and readiness to challenge status quo (should be in your DNA)
- Forward‑looking ability to anticipate industry trends and proactively adapt strategies to stay ahead of the curve
- Proficient in the latest technologies trends, with an understanding of how to leverage these tools to drive efficiency and innovation within the organization
- Naturally inquisitive and eager to explore new ideas, with a proven track record of using creative thinking and analytical skills to identify and solve complex challenges
- Work in new environments both during and after the program
- Participation in this program requires valid U.S. work authorization. Henkel is unable to provide visa sponsorship, petitioning, or immigration support for this program

The salary range for this role is $70,000.00 and $73,000.00 . This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable.
