What you'll do- Own the full research loop: form a hypothesis, test it against evidence, and deploy it only if the data holds up.
- Build signals and features from market data; backtest with scientific discipline — honest baselines, no look-ahead.
- Pair with senior researchers and present findings to the whole firm; the best idea wins, regardless of who had it.
- BS/MS/PhD (graduating) in mathematics, statistics, computer science, physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Exceptional foundation in probability, statistics, and linear algebra; strong Python.
- A research mindset: curiosity, rigor, and the willingness to be wrong. No prior finance experience required.
