Senior adviser and practice-builder for OCO Global’s growing Economic Development Advisory business
OCO Global is seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Director to build and grow our Economic Development Advisory presence across the United States. Working with economic development organisations, governments, private sector clients and universities, you will win and lead high-impact projects that support investment attraction, economic growth, international expansion and corporate location decisions.
As Director, you will- Lead and grow OCO Global’s US Economic Development Advisory business.
- Build senior client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
- Win and lead high-impact consulting and advisory engagements.
- Advise clients on economic development, investment attraction, international expansion and location strategy.
- Build and develop a high-performing team as the business grows.
- Contribute to OCO Global’s wider strategy and growth across North America.
- Proven experience in economic development, consulting, investment attraction or a related advisory field.
- A strong track record of originating, winning and delivering consulting or advisory engagements.
- Established senior relationships across the US economic development ecosystem.
- Credibility with senior public and private sector decision-makers.
- Strong commercial judgement, leadership capability and an entrepreneurial approach to business growth.
This is an opportunity to help shape and grow OCO Global’s US Economic Development Advisory business. You will have the autonomy to build senior client relationships, develop new opportunities and play a key role in the continued growth of our North American business, while drawing on the expertise and reach of a globally connected economic development services firm.
OCO Global offers a competitive compensation and benefits package appropriate to a Director-level role, including a performance-related incentive.
