Engineering,Design,Operations,Sales,and Leadershipteamstoidentifyopportunities,solvecustomerproblems,anddrivemeasurablebusinessimpact.
Youwillberesponsiblefordefiningproductstrategy,prioritizing initiatives,anddeliveringsolutionsthatimprovebothcustomerexperienceandoperationalefficiency.
Theidealcandidatecombinesstrongproductfundamentals,data-drivendecisionmaking,andanAI-first mindset.
Responsibilities Product Strategy &Execution- Ownproductroadmapandfeatureprioritizationforkeybusinessinitiatives.
- Translatecustomerneeds,business goals,andoperationalchallengesintoscalableproductsolutions.
- Leadtheproductlifecyclefromdiscoveryandplanningthroughlaunchanditeration.
- Createproductrequirements,user stories,workflows,andsuccessmetrics.
- Developadeepunderstandingofcustomerbehavior,needs,andpainpoints.
- Driveimprovementsinuserexperiencethroughresearch,experimentation,andfeedbackanalysis.
- Identifyopportunitiestoincreaseconversion,engagement,retention,andcustomersatisfaction.
- IdentifyopportunitiestoleverageAItechnologiestoimprovecustomerexperienceandoperationalefficiency.
- Partner with
EngineeringteamstodevelopAI-poweredfeaturesandworkflowautomationsolutions. - StaycurrentwithemergingAItechnologiesandevaluatetheirpracticalbusinessapplications.
- Analyzeproductperformance,user behavior,andbusinessmetricstoguidedecision-making.
- DefineKPIsandmeasuretheimpactofproductinitiatives.
- Usedatatoprioritizeopportunitiesandcontinuouslyimproveoutcomes.
- Collaboratecloselywith Engineering,Design,Operations,Sales,Customer Success,and Leadership teams.
- Drivealignmentacrossstakeholdersandensuresuccessfuldeliveryofproductinitiatives.
- Balancecustomerneeds,operational realities,andbusinessobjectives.
- 5+yearsof
Product
Management experience. - Proventrackrecordofshippingcustomer-facingproductsanddrivingmeasurablebusinessresults.
- Stronganalyticalandproblem-solving skills.
- Experienceworkingcross-functionallywithtechnicalandnon-technical stakeholders.
- Excellentcommunicationandprojectmanagementskills.
- Abilitytothriveinafast-paced,high-growth environment.
- Fluentinboth English and Mandarin .
- Experience in Marketplace,E-commerce,SaaS,Logistics,Food Tech,or Operations
Technology. - ExperienceworkingwithAI-powered products,automation tools,ordata-driven platforms.
- Familiarity with:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- AIAgents
- Prompt Engineering
- Workflow Automation
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation(RAG)
- ExperienceusingAItoolssuchas
ChatGPT,Claude,Gemini,Cursor,orsimilartechnologiestoimproveproductivityandproductdevelopment.
