** Overall Scope:
** The Senior Product Manager – Payment Solutions will lead the strategy, development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of enterprise payment, loyalty, outdoor payment, and forecourt solutions across North America. This role will translate customer, market, regulatory, and business needs into a clear product vision, prioritized roadmap, and executable delivery plan.  The Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy, discovery, and lifecycle management of outdoor payment terminal solutions across key verticals, including fuel dispensers, electric vehicle charging stations, car washes, and other unattended or self-service environments.

In addition, the role will define, discover, and develop integrated forecourt solutions for strategic DFS customers, ensuring that their operational, commercial, and customer-experience needs are translated into scalable products, capabilities, and services.  The role will own end-to-end requirements gathering, product discovery, business-case development, roadmap creation, prioritization, and cross-functional execution. The position will work closely with strategic customers, commercial teams, engineering, architecture, compliance, operations, partners, and senior leadership to deliver secure, reliable, scalable, and commercially successful solutions.  

This position will balance customer experience, technical feasibility, regulatory compliance, operational readiness, revenue growth, profitability, and market opportunity while ensuring that customer-specific innovations support the broader DFS product portfolio and long-term product strategy.
