Job DescriptionDirect, overseeandmanage alltribal,HUD, Tax Credit and Permanent Supportive Housing operations and activities ofthe
Warm Springs Housing Authority (WSHA). ManageWSHAin compliancewithapplicable tribal law, WSHA policy, and other applicable rules and regulations. Prepare the annual budget and necessary reports for the various housing projects . Implement grant work to complete projectsasproposed in grant applications. Seek andapply for additional fundingto expandor improve housing onthe
Warm Springs Reservation. Maintain good relationships with staff, customers, vendors and allthose involved in WSHA operations . ReportsdirectlytotheWSHABoard of Commissioners.
Bachelor ’s degree in business administration or related field . Fiveyears’ experience in the housing field.
Five years’ supervisory experience. Must have a valid Oregon Driver's License.
No felony convictions on recordandnomisdemeanorconvictions within oneyear of application date .
