** We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Campaign Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on email, social and text message marketing, with a passion for crafting compelling campaigns that drive engagement and conversion. This role involves coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and executing programs to support field operations.

* What You’ll Do:

* ● Develop, implement, and manage email, social and text message marketing campaigns to promote programs across open clubs, new clubs and the fitness vertical.
● Create compelling and targeted content for email and text message marketing, including copywriting, editing, and proofreading.
● Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates.
● A/B test various elements of campaigns, including subject lines, content, and send times, to optimize performance.
● Manage social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram through Emplifi.
● Support the marketing team with local store programs and promotions across the company.
● Support field operations with POP assets and promotional procurement.
