The Specialist I Process, Standards & Training supports the development and communication of commercial technical and functional training programs. They assist with tracking training completion and preparing training updates for commercial leadership. The role helps coordinate onboarding for associates new to role by gathering onboarding needs, checking in on training progress, and assisting with training plan execution.

The Specialist I works with partners across the commercial organization on company initiatives by helping maintain training materials and supporting communication and program updates.

This role builds foundational expertise in change management, training, and content management. The Specialist I supports cross-brand training efforts by helping maintain content, assisting with cross-functional training projects, and supporting alignment of SOPs, training materials, and process updates across ADUSA brands.

Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis until the end of their appointment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain training handbooks, tool kits, resource guides and SOPs for all areas of commercial.
  • Create and Maintain SOPs or determined relevant training programs and guides as collaboratively agreed upon by this role, the PS&T Lead and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment and adherence to control guidelines for all training programs developed.
  • Translate complex concepts into easily understandable language & drive simplicity. Writing/communication style to target merchandising level associates.
  • Support the development and execution of all training events, including Days of Development, providing logistical, process and documentation support to facilitate business subject matter experts.
  • Support competency-based assessments, updating content and documentation within the Associate Development Hub.
  • Ensure SOPs, training content, and process documentation remain synchronized with process updates delivered by PS&T, and functional partners.
  • Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-3 years' experience in training and development programs, and/or designing solutions to enable learning.
  • Project management experience, adept at working under tight deadlines and managing multiple, concurrent projects.
  • Motivated, dependable and self-directed with experience creating and recommending solutions for opportunities.
  • Exceptional oral and written communications skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize information from a variety of sources.
  • Knowledge of adult learning and instructional design methodologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Provides balanced feedback at the most critical times.
  • Occasional travel as needed 0-30%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic familiarity with content management or onboarding systems preferred.
  • Experience working with SOPs or processing documentation is a plus.

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $63,440-$95,160

IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $72,880 - $109,320
