The Director of Product Management is responsible for overseeing and managing the strategic development and implementation of products within the organization. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to ensure successful product development and alignment with organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities
*** Oversee and manage strategic product management teams to deliver high-quality products.
* Develop and implement strategic product management plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to gather product requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
* Monitor product development progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
* Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on product development status.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact product development success.
* Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the product development team.

* Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Preferred:
Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
** Experience

* Required:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management or a related field.
* Preferred:
Experience in leading strategic product management teams and managing large-scale product management projects.#1100  The Compensation range for this role is $200,000 -$295,500 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
