Junior Program Analyst Patuxent River, Maryland

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Junior Program Analyst to provide direct Contractor Support Services (CSS) within a Department of Defense / Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) for our customer in Patuxent River, Maryland.

In this role, you will work closely with Program Managers, Logistics Leads, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and Engineering competencies to ensure program deliverables, financial tracking, risk registries, and sustainment milestones are successfully executed. This is an ideal entry-to-junior level position for an analytical professional looking to build a career in Department of Defense (DoD) program management, lifecycle sustainment, and acquisition analysis.

• Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
• Analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules.
• Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Collect, complete, organize and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
• Track program/project status and schedules.
• Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Bachelor's degree in business, information management, engineering support, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for an Associate’s Degree.

Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.

-Three (3) years of relevant experience supporting DoD or federal acquisition programs.

• Experience supporting DoD, Navy, NAVAIR acquisition programs, processes, and required documentation
• Experience with the associated NAVAIR business tools for program execution:
• Experience using CSPT
• Experience using CDRL tool
• Experience using PMT

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

This role requires in-person support.
