* * to support field construction operations. This position performs general construction and utility-related labor while assisting crews with daily jobsite activities.

The ideal candidate is safety-minded, dependable, willing to work outdoors, and comfortable performing physically demanding work in a fast-paced construction environment.### Responsibilities
* Assist field crews with general construction and utility-related work.
* Load, unload, move, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
* Perform digging, trenching, back filling, cleanup, and other manual labor duties.
* Assist with jobsite setup and breakdown.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
* Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite requirements.
* Use hand tools and basic construction equipment as directed.
* Assist operators, drivers, foremen, and other crew members as needed.
* Follow supervisor instructions and complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.### Qualifications
* Previous construction, utility, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
* Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
* Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment.
* Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and jobsite conditions.
* Ability to follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
* Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
* Ability to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours when required.
* Valid driver's license preferred.
* Must be able to meet applicable company and project requirements.
