On-Site Paving & Concrete Superintendent

Lead field operations and help build the future of infrastructure. You’ll lead from the front—with your boots in the dirt and your hands on the finish.

As a working superintendent, you’ll lead by example—running equipment, finishing concrete, and guiding crews across high-impact projects. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can manage field operations while keeping things efficient, safe, and high-quality. You’ll be the bridge between the crew and the office, helping bring projects to life while keeping them on track.

• Crew management and job site leadership
• Operating heavy machinery and working the slab
• Coordinating schedules and concrete deliveries
• Ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency from start to finish

This isn’t a clipboard-in-hand superintendent gig. We’re looking for a boots-on-the-ground leader who can run equipment, read the site, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with their team.

• Field leadership or superintendent experience
• Proficiency in concrete work and paving operations
• Strong equipment operation skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Ability to schedule and coordinate jobs
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
