General Laborers

We’re looking to add 2 dependable, hard-working people to our residential construction team.

No construction experience is required. If you show up on time, work hard, take direction and are willing to learn, we can teach you the rest.

• Starting pay: $20–$25/hour, depending on experience
• Quick opportunities for advancement, increased pay & responsibility
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Some Saturdays & overtime opportunities
• 1 week paid vacation after 1 year

• Opportunity to learn valuable construction and carpentry skills

Our crews build residential decks and outdoor living projects throughout central and western St. Louis County and St. Charles County.

Work includes deck demolition, carrying and handling lumber, digging, concrete work, loading/unloading materials, jobsite cleanup, assisting skilled carpenters and learning all aspects of residential deck construction.

You must:

• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Be dependable and show up ready to work
• Be able to lift 75 lbs
• Be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
• Be comfortable working on ladders and at elevations of 8–10 feet
• Be willing to learn and take direction

Afraid of heights? This probably isn’t the job for you.

We’re not necessarily looking for someone who already knows everything. We’re looking for people with a strong work ethic, good attitude and willingness to learn. Prove yourself and there is room to move up quickly.
