** Job Summary Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team in a specialized role focused on projects associated with Oklahoma State University. This position will involve contributing to critical infrastructure and construction initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery and adherence to Primoris's high standards.
Job Responsibilities
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to plan and execute construction projects, particularly those related to Oklahoma State University facilities or infrastructure.
* Assist in the development of project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against established benchmarks.
* Conduct on-site inspections, quality control checks, and safety audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and company policies.
* Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, daily logs, change orders, and other relevant records.
* Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
* Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and university personnel to resolve issues and maintain strong working relationships.
* Operate and maintain various tools and equipment safely and efficiently as required by the project.
* Adhere to all Primoris Services Corporation safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Job Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
* Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in construction, infrastructure development, or a related industry.
* Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
* Strong understanding of construction principles, methods, and safety practices.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software.
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
* Ability to travel to various project sites, potentially including those within the Oklahoma State University campus.
