• Lead the congregation in worship services through music, prayer, and scripture readings.
• Collaborate with pastoral staff to plan and coordinate worship services that align with the church’s mission and vision.
• Mentor and develop volunteer musicians and singers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.
• Educate the congregation on the significance of worship, encouraging participation and engagement.
• Organize rehearsals for the worship team, ensuring all members are prepared for services.
• Select appropriate music that reflects the themes of sermons and church events.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere during services, encouraging congregational involvement.
