Shopify Ecommerce Experience Coordinator
We're looking for a Product Designer (part-time). Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, Right Balance provides top-tier technology talent for innovative companies in the US. We’re in the top 50 companies to watch in LA.
Our client builds enterprise software that helps organizations make sense of large, complex datasets and workflows.
Our client's mission is to help customers navigate complexity through better product experiences. Join their diverse group of focused, hardworking professionals who are passionate about doing work that's challenging and fun, and who strive to maintain a healthy work/life balance.
Profile This is a client delivery-focused Product Design role, not a strategic roadmap position. You'll initially support one core product and a new customer engagement just getting underway, with the possibility of also working across a second related product as the client needs shift.
The ideal candidate excels at taking specific, sometimes messy customer requirements and translating them into thoughtful designs that fit within an existing product framework, think turning a client's spreadsheet or operational process into a usable workflow, screen, or table. You'll present designs directly to clients, ask good questions, explain your decisions, and incorporate feedback in real time.

- Learn from the best people around you. We constantly challenge the status quo and invent new ways of building a great product.
- 100% remote. Work anywhere, whether it is remotely in the comfort of your home, in a shared co-working space, in an RV on the beach, or while being a nomad in another country.
- Work on challenging problems, innovate, and positively impact many people's lives while having fun doing it.
- Upper-intermediate to fluent speaking and writing English. Able to have a real-time conversation.
- 3+ years of full-time hands-on Product Design / UX/UI Design experience.

- Ad tech, media, revenue workflow, or other complex enterprise software experience.
