Communications Designer

TL;

DR: We’re looking for a Communications Designer to shape how White Circle looks and feels across our website, product, and brand. You’ll design landing pages, build visual systems, create graphics and illustrations, and explore motion, 3D, and other ways to make the brand feel alive.

White Circle is an AI Safety company building the safety, reliability, and optimization layer for AI systems. At the core of our platform are policies – simple natural-language rules that define what an AI model should and shouldn’t do. We automatically test, enforce, and continuously improve these policies at scale.

• We’ve recently raised our Series A funding round, taking our total funding to $70M. Our investors include top funds, founders, and senior leaders at OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, Mistral, Deep Mind, Datadog, Sentry, and others
• We process over one hundred million API calls every month
• We fine-tune and train our own LLMs so they run faster and cheaper than any open or proprietary model

• Design landing pages from the first idea to polished, responsive final designs
• Develop visual languages, patterns, graphic systems, and illustrations that can be used across the website and product
• Help evolve the White Circle brand and turn it into something people recognise across different surfaces
• Bring brand ideas into the product, and find ways for the product itself to express the brand
• Create concepts for motion, interactions, animations, and other dynamic experiences
• Design visuals for launches, campaigns, social, events, and other brand moments
• Explore new visual directions and turn rough ideas into strong creative concepts
