Guest Concierge

We are seeking hard-working individuals who are able to carry out the technical components of our studios, as well as provide top-notch guest services and sell the MINT experience, all while maintaining a positive and outgoing attitude. We look for friendly and organized candidates who have a passion for fitness AND for people. Genuine smiles and warm hellos are required!

• Greet each and every guest with a warm hello and friendly smile EVERY time
• Share membership options, class packages, and retail items to interested guests
• Be proficient with our software
• Answer phone calls and assist with class registration
• Be a gatekeeper for the facility and all processes
• Maintain studio organization, cleanliness, and tidiness
• Refill MINTy water pitchers
• Engaging all guests proactively & verbally - greetings, motivation, and support
• Communicate and exude MINT brand priorities in all that you do
• Work towards team goals in a positive and collaborative manner
• Participate in marketing/social media efforts by taking class "action" photos/video
• Proactively staying on top of laundry needs... it's never-ending at a gym! This includes collecting full towel hampers, running wash and dry cycles, folding towels and restocking locker rooms.
• Self-motivate to continually assess the club and client needs, meeting and exceeding expectations with logistics and service. There is always work to be done and a client that could use extra support or checking in!
• Complete Shift Reports consistently & thoroughly for every shift
• Be willing to complete all duties assigned by your manager

• Previous customer service experience required
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Multi-task in high paced environment
• Collaborative skills and a performance driven team attitude
• Effective and pro-active communicator, well spoken and mannered
• Friendly, outgoing personality is a must - you must ENJOY talking with people and building relationships
• Use down time to prepare for busy periods - understand the importance and prioritize this.
• Combination of teamwork, and completely independent solo work is required.
• Ability to bend, reach, stand for long periods and lift/carry equipment a minimum of 25lbs.

• Flexibility to work a combination of evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
• Part Time positions.
• Weekly commitments of between 14 - 20 hours per week, with a minimum of 2 shifts a week.
• Our company hours range from 5am-10pm most days of the year!
• $17.95 per hour

• Saturdays & Sundays, shifts between 7am-9pm
• Weekdays mornings, 5am - 8/9am
• Weekdays daytime, 8/9am-1pm and 1pm - 5:30pm
• Weekdays above can be part-time or combine shifts for a full-time position.
• General preference given to those that can work a minimum of 3 days a week consistently throughout the year for part-time work and 4-5 days a week for full-time.
• Preference given to those who will use their membership and their first-hand experience at MINT to improve club operations and client satisfaction. The best employees are also members who understand both client and staff perspectives and work for success for all!
