Dental Call Center​/Customer Service Representative

Here at Kids Dentist Plus, we are a well-established, fast-paced and rapidly growing company. We are seeking a well-qualified, hardworking, enthusiastic individual to join our amazing team.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and families. This is a fast-paced environment and we need someone who can stay on top of a high volume of incoming calls: someone very professional and friendly who provides an excellent customer service experience. We take pride in our excellent company culture and the stability we provide, as most of our employees have been with us for many years.

Now we are looking to add to that team, and hopefully find someone who wants to take advantage of the growth opportunities we provide within our company.

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from patients with the utmost care, requiring professional telephone etiquette and superb listening and problem-solving skills
• Make outbound calls to insurance companies and patients to obtain information, perform eligibility verification, request prior authorizations and resolve billing discrepancies
• Experience in eligibility, benefits and claims is preferred but not required
• Provide excellent customer service, insurance and billing support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly proactive, goal-oriented and motivated attitude
• Clear, professional phone communication skills
• High work ethic, common sense and good overall judgment
