• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
• Assist in resolving complex or escalated customer issues
• Process cash and check transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Promote bank products and services to customers

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of prior experience in customer service or cash handling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
