Market West Fitness is hiring a Reception Desk / Member Experience Concierge to join our hospitality-driven fitness team. We are looking for polished, friendly professionals who thrive in customer service environments and love creating exceptional guest experiences.

If you have experience in front desk reception, hospitality, concierge service, customer service, or administrative support, this role offers growth, stability, and a premium work environment.

Part-time

• Greet members and guests with a professional, welcoming presence
• Manage front desk check-in and guest registration
• Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries (some sales)
• Use CRM software, scheduling systems, and digital tools
• Perform light administrative tasks and data entry
• Maintain a clean, organized reception desk, lobby and gym
• Support daily operations and team needs

• 1+ year experience in reception, hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using computers, apps, and technology
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Fitness industry experience is a plus
