As a Customer Success Expert, you'll focus on empowering customers through education and account management. You'll work closely with your team to help clients achieve their financial goals and ensure they experience exceptional service.

As a Customer Success Expert, you will be responsible for

• Educating customers about available services and upselling solutions to enhance their experience
• Assisting clients in establishing budget plans tailored to their needs
• Setting up service plans and enrolling customers in autopay to simplify payments
• Providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Taking part in monthly incentive programs based on successful customer onboarding activities

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-focused attitude with a knack for education and coaching
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous experience in customer service or account management (preferred but not required)

This position is on-site in Turner, ME, and offers shifts from Monday to Friday, with two available time slots: 2:00 PM–8:00 PM or 4:00 PM–10:00 PM.
