The Sunriver Owners Association (SROA) operates a myriad of year-round and seasonal recreational amenities, including SHARC aquatics and a member pool, boat launch and tennis/pickleball facilities – all which require dozens of part-time and/or seasonal staff – especially during peak summer months between Memorial weekend and Labor Day.

SROA also has full-time staff in a variety of departments to provide services to Sunriver property owners and visitors.

As a Guest Services Representative, you won’t just work the front desk — you can lead the shift, solve problems in real time, and help create memorable experiences across SROA’s beautiful recreational facilities. • Deliver outstanding service to members, owners, and guests
• Take on shift lead responsibilities and provide guidance to part-time and seasonal members
• Open and close facilities independently,
  ensuring safety and operational readiness
• Process memberships
  , admissions, reservations, and financial transactions
• Handle escalated guest concerns professionally and confidently
• Support recreational programming
  , including court scheduling, tournaments and events
• Reconcile daily financial reports and assist with audits
• Help train and mentor part-time and seasonal team members

Since our facilities welcome guests year-round, this position may include a mix of early morning, evening, weekend and holiday shifts (worked holidays paid at 1.5x rate).

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years experience in customer service, hospitality, recreation, or a related field
• Valid Oregon Driver's License with driving record acceptable to SROA insurers.
• Prior lead, shift supervisor, or team leadership experience preferred
• Strong cash-handling and financial accountability skills
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve in real time
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable enforcing policies in a professional and respectful manner
• Ability to maintain a positive guest experience even during high-volume periods
