# Member Services Concierge - Part Time Hockley, TX 77447## Description Your responsibilities will include greeting Members and their guests, answering phones, directing calls and booking lodging and amenities, all aimed at fostering connections and ensuring our team thrives together in a spirit of collaboration and shared purpose.

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* • Deliver service with care and attention, always prioritizing quality and the well-being of the Members.

• Greet members and guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner.  
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly.  
• Oversee inquiries related to spa services and lodging, while operationally managing the actual booking process.  
• Requires knowledge of standard operating procedures for both lodging and spa services, as well as assisting with the wide range of other amenities offered at the Club.  
• Follow safety and sanitation protocols.  
• Any other duties, as assigned.## Qualifications
