• Warmly greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email to ensure a helpful and friendly experience
• Provide accurate information about products and services, guiding customers to the best solutions for their needs
• Promptly and professionally address and resolve customer concerns or complaints
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
• Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service
• Drive the company van to deliver orders to customers' homes as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required

Competitive hourly rates starting at $16 per hour.

• Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
• Monday to Friday schedule, with some Saturdays required
