Seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to support ongoing customer relationships and contribute to office growth. This position focuses on customer interaction, increasing customer protection through value-based conversations, and relationship maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and service existing customers regarding renewals, coverage options, and coverage gaps and changes.
• Review accounts and assist with updates or changes as needed.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet retention and outreach objectives.
• Own execution.
• 48-hour Service Level Agreement
• Need-based product identification and household expansion.

• Must be willing and able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance License in state of residence
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on customer experience.
• Previous experience in customer service or account management preferred.
• Property & Casualty and Life & Health = $40,000 base
• Position includes benefits package, including health and dental insurance contribution, PTO, and performance bonus. Total compensation potential is $50,000+ including the benefits package.
