CAD​/BIM Technician

We are regularly seeking skilled CAD/BIM Technicians to join our team  a CAD/BIM Technician, your main responsibility will be to create precise and detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD/BIM software. Your expertise will be crucial in translating design concepts and specifications into accurate visual representations.

Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role, as you will work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to clarify design requirements and resolve any potential discrepancies or issues. It will be important to ensure that all drawings adhere to relevant industry standards, codes, and guidelines. Your meticulous attention to detail will be instrumental in producing high-quality drawings that accurately represent the design intent.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software is essential for this role, and a basic understanding of MEP systems is desired. A strong understanding of drafting principles, techniques, and standards is also required to ensure the accuracy and precision of the drawings. Effective communication and collaboration skills are important for interacting with multi-discipline teams and incorporating feedback throughout the design process. Additionally, excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively will be crucial in meeting project deadlines.
